Sibylla Leuenberger, Violin
What is special about playing in CAMERATA BERN?
The ensemble size allows for a feeling of chamber music, a feeling of orchestra playing, and also a feeling of solo playing.
What are your interests outside of music?
I very much enjoy drawing and painting. I particularly like the fact that the «completion» of a work is not focused on a single moment on stage, and that an image can also be experienced through smell, sight, and touch.
Do you have a certain ritual before a concert?
No, but afterwards – a beer!
